In 2014, Qualitas undertook this logistically challenging, but rewarding, project to develop a new-build house in Stockwell.

With space at a premium, it was necessary to obtain planning permission for the ground floor and below ground in order to develop the two-storey property the land-owner dreamed of.

As the house’s perimeter was surrounded by three party walls and the public highway, there was absolutely no tolerance, but our team rose to the challenge to create a stunning 2 bedroom home.

Finished to the highest specification, this contemporary home includes a large open-plan living room with hidden kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, but the property is given a real wow factor by the spectacular glass walls at the rear of the house.
