A recent building project Qualitas completed was a stunning, large-scale property refurbishment of a family home in Patten Road, Wandsworth.

It involved the removal of an existing ground floor conservatory, the erection of a large ground floor extension, the construction of a leaded dormer at second floor and installation of a new master en-suite and dressing room.

The project also included the creation of a basement under the full footprint of the house to provide a playroom, study, utility room, plant room, shower room, bedroom and gym in partnership with Pure Basements.

A particular feature of this refurbishment was the use of glass to create areas with maximum natural light and included glass for stair balustrades, walls and walk-ways. The whole property refurbishment took 13 months, was on time and within budget.
