This 1930’s house currently has a lean-to which wraps around the ground floor, which is being replaced with a far more modern extension. This light and airy new space will house a large kitchen with sliding doors into the living room to create the open feel that we are all so fond of these days.

The basement conversion, which will utilise the vast majority of the house’s footprint, will consist of a utility room, shower room and children’s play area that will also have a fold-down bed to increase its versatility.

Upstairs we will be adding a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite to the master bedroom to create a haven for the grown-ups. We’ll also need to add new stairs to the loft as the ones currently used are too steep to comply to building regulations.

We’re looking forward to transforming the house into a perfect family home.
